CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE / CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

Devon is a Client Service Associate licensed in Life and Health insurance and has been with Formidable since 2016. She enjoys meeting people of all different backgrounds and industries. Working closely with every financial advisor at the firm and their clients, she serves as a vital resource, helping resolve issues and establishing and maintaining new relationships.

Devon graduated from the College-Conservatory of Music at the University of Cincinnati and is a former professional ballet dancer. With her passion for creativity, she also serves as the firm’s Client Experience Specialist, overseeing the corporate gifting and client appreciation initiatives. Her dedication to excellence has been essential in the development of the client-relationship experience throughout the years.

In her free time, Devon enjoys hanging out with her family, cooking, and all things creative. When she is not spending her time in nature, she most likely can be found attempting a DIY project or buying just one more plant.
