As a Senior Client Service Associate at Formidable Asset Management, Randi Yeager plays a central role in client engagement and operational support. She interacts with nearly every client, serving as a key point of contact for account setup, information requests, and issue resolution. Her collaborative approach supports both existing and prospective clients while assisting the firm’s financial advisors in delivering exceptional service.

Randi is passionate about helping clients pursue their financial goals, prepare for the future, and build lasting financial security. She brings over a decade of experience in sales and customer service from a major airline, which laid the foundation for her client-focused mindset.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Randi joined Formidable in 2018 and is currently pursuing her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation. Outside of work, she volunteers with Crossroads Community Church, supports various charitable causes, enjoys fitness, pickleball, nature, and travel. She resides in downtown Cincinnati with her cat, Indie.
